Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking

Job Details: Urgently required Relationship Manager - Arab Nationals
for a leading National Bank based in UAE for a corporate
banking division.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
To independently manage a portfolio of credit
relationships with specific risk and revenue objectives.
Minimum criteria is segregated as follows:

Business Development / Specific Industry Group: Portfolio
of at least 20 accounts generating revenues of at least
AED 4 million p.a. and solicit at least 10 new accounts
generating revenues of at least AED 1.0 million during the
year of booking.

Independently manage a credit portfolio (Risk and Revenue
responsibility), solicit & close opportunities so as to
meet budgeted revenue within acceptable risk parameters.
Prepare relationship plans and involve cross functional /
line management as and when required to ensure that risk /
reward targets are met. Build a contingency plan for
business attrition.
Review spread sheets and analysis of financial
statements, cash flows and projections as required.
Review and finalize:
Credit Applications (Specific task of formalizing
Business Strategy)
Internal memos and external correspondence
Documentation (Source and Security as per Bank s policy):
Follow up to ensure ongoing compliance as per approved
terms and conditions.
Account Operations:
Review, approve and reroute TT s / Pending transactions
with required information
Review credit maturity profiles so as to ensure due date
settlement
Monitor and ensure compliance with internal / external
commitments such as excesses / documentation deferrals /
disbursements etc..
Review client files and ensure they are constantly
updated in line with the bank s internal audit standards.
Provide coaching, feed-back and develop the assigned
Credit Analyst / Relationship Officer with the objective
of developing the resource into a potential Relationship
Manager.
Keep constantly abreast of market developments which
impact the credit portfolio (risk and revenue) and make
recommendations for suitable changes (product / process)
if required.

Salary: AED 15,000 - AED 20,000 + Annual Benefits +
Incentives
