Job Title: Risk Coordinator

Grade: 5

Reporting to : Risk Head directly

Salary: AED 10K + 12K

Purpose:To assist the Head of Risk Management and Unit Heads by recording, documenting and providing back end support to the Risk Function.
Job Accountabilities and Responsibilities
· To establish, maintain & upgrade all the risk management tracking systems, ensure key performance indicators are maintained within the baseline and agreed upon TAT are adhered to, and highlight/elevate exceptions/variances to Head of Risk Management.
· Compile & maintain database of all risk management policies & procedures (corporate governance/credit risk/market risk/liquidity risk/operational risk/compliance/anti-money laundering) and roles/mandates of committees (ALCO/Business Risk Committee/New Products Committee).
· Record and maintain minutes of the meeting of Business Risk Committee and Basel II Implementation Committee for the assigned tasks/projects and ensure compliance/close-out of the same.
· Provide administration support to the Head of Risk Management in the preparation of annual operational plans/balance scorecards, risk management strategy (and follow-up on the meeting of strategy and project milestones), portfolio reports and MIS for the executive management, Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.
· Data gathering and assistance in the preparation of the budget during the annual budgeting exercising and tracking of monthly budgetary variances ensuring follow up with all departmental heads of the Risk Management Group.
· Compile and maintain the database of the risk and credit portfolio of past dues & classified accounts and follow up with the respective areas in order to support the Head of Risk Management.
· Assist the Head of Risk Management in the preparation of all presentations, reports, analysis and follow up of action points agreed upon at every meeting.

Work Experience
5 years (experience in an administrative role with extensive exposure to excel)
Specialist Skills Knowledge required for the Job
· Excellent MS Excel skills.
· Good analytical skills, communication and Power Point presentation skills.
· Good interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail
