Job Title: Teamleader Banking

The team leader will serve as an expert on the Financial Services markets in the Middle East and North Africa - with the expectation that he will play a central role in team building, knowledge building, client service, and client development.
The responsibilities include:

Managing a team of banking researchers dedicated to Middle East and North Africa.
Providing day-to-day coaching to current 8 staff members in Delhi and Dubai on all banking matters and advise researchers on their work. Mentoring the team members on career progression, specialisation topics, training and skill building.
Leading staff performance evaluations and development.

Client service and development.
Supporting the client´s consulting teams with a wide range of complex market and company analyses.
Leading efforts to develop diagnostic tools for clients and support the banking Leadership Group in preparing client materials and workshops. Assisting Middle East senior consultants in proactively identifying new client situations and topics where the client´s unit can deliver substantial, lasting value to companies.
Working on client engagements in advisory role

Knowledge building and capture Co-leading primary market research initiatives such as benchmarking surveys.
Initiating and maintaining a set of descriptive market models (on size, growth and profitability of market segments as well as market shares of players).
